Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional pre-project teams for automation, electrical, and digital scopes.
- Capture customer requirements and translate them into conceptual designs and solution configurations.
- Support sales by developing and presenting automation and digital solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to present solutions and explain features and benefits.
- Manage multiple pre-projects concurrently, ensuring alignment between sales, engineering, and customer expectations.
- Prepare technical descriptions and equipment specifications.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to Tetra Pak documentation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Process Control, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA, and Ignition platforms.
- Good understanding of MES systems.
- Good understanding of IT and OT technologies including networking, connectivity, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical automation and production solutions.
- Proficiency in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably eight or more years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with web application development using .NET C#, HTML, Java, or Web Services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tetra Pak PlantMaster, ISA 88, ISA 95, or Packaging Integration solutions is a plus.
- Local language skills are an advantage.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player with an interest in automation and digital solution development and customer presentations.
