Responsibilities
- Manage and improve end-to-end operational and dispute management for credit bureau functions.
- Handle daily operational activities and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
- Use SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, credit bureau, and MIS reporting.
- Build queries to pull, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
- Perform transaction, settlement, payout, and ledger reconciliations.
- Investigate mismatches, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Prepare operational dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review.
- Ensure reconciliation records are audit-ready and accurate.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support automation activities with basic Python scripting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
