Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution and operationalization of company-wide narrative architecture.
  • Monitor industry dynamics and trends to drive impactful storytelling and content development.
  • Translate technical concepts (AI, semiconductors, edge computing) into clear, audience-ready narratives.
  • Develop messaging reflecting understanding of system architecture, product capabilities, and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Create executive-level materials such as keynotes and messaging frameworks.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and technical marketing teams to ensure storytelling reflects true differentiation.
  • Build narratives that explain why the technology matters—performance, scale, efficiency, and user impact.
  • Act as a strategic communications partner to internal stakeholders across business units, marketing, and investor relations.
  • Support executive speakerships by shaping technology-forward storylines.
  • Manage multiple initiatives with precision, ensuring delivery of high-impact communication assets.
  • Apply data and insights to refine how technical stories are told and understood.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Strong understanding of how communications support business strategy in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work cross‑functionally, and influence without authority.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless and computing industries, B2B, or innovation‑driven environments.
  • Experience supporting executive communications or high‑profile external communications.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast‑moving business priorities.
  • Self starter and quick learner with out-of-the-box thinking skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or related marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled content workflows, measurement frameworks, or modern content operations.
  • Occasional travel to events, including some international travel.
