Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality management systems.
- Drive initiatives for root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and quality performance metrics.
- Supervise the project management function to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Champion accelerating NPD effectiveness, streamlining workflows, and increasing efficiency.
- Cultivate innovation within the NPD team.
- Provide strategic mentorship and direction to ensure proactive compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Shape and execute the overall strategic vision of the business.
- Develop the capability and engagement of a multi-level, matrixed team.
- Take ownership of high-priority strategic projects and emerging business challenges.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
- Influence across the organization to align leaders and teams and resolve barriers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Eight years of related experience, three of which must be in product engineering, manufacturing, new product development / project management, or equivalent
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in leadership or management of people
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM major
- MBA degree preferred
- Experience in the process control industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and levels
- Ability to lead through ambiguity
