Responsibilities
- Define and execute the category strategy for Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances (WB & SDA), driving growth, profitability, and market share.
- Manage the product portfolio, including assortment, lifecycle management, and category positioning.
- Lead product launches and innovation initiatives aligned with consumer and market needs.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing and commercial strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure effective execution.
- Drive category performance through business planning, forecasting, and KPI management.
- Define distribution and channel strategies to optimize product availability and market penetration.
- Identify portfolio gaps and recommend actions to strengthen category competitiveness.
- Lead cross-functional projects and influence key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Participate in Lean Thinking projects and initiatives (EMS / EAI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Fluent English and some knowledge in Portuguese is a plus.
- Solid experience in Category Management, Product Management, Marketing, Commercial, or Business Development roles within consumer goods, durable goods, electronics, appliances, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing product portfolios, product launches, pricing strategies, and category growth initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Strong project and people management, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model and travel as needed.
