Emerson is seeking a Senior Lead Supply Planning Specialist in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to support the Australia Replenishment team. This hybrid role involves data analysis for supply chain planning, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret supply chain data to support planning, inventory management, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing teams, manufacturing plants, and customer service to ensure material availability.
Manage supplier performance, including on-time delivery, lead times, and corrective actions.
Execute material replenishment, monitor inventory health, and optimize inventory levels.
Develop, automate, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
Lead root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through forecasting, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Drive cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and inventory performance.
Recommend and implement strategic actions to improve replenishment and inventory optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience, or 3 years related experience with a master’s degree, or a PhD with no work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in inventory management, material planning, forecasting, replenishment, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and supply chain systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
