Responsibilities
- Support employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and Code of Conduct concerns.
- Advise managers on employment legislation, HR best practices, and ensure compliance.
- Support recruitment activities, applicant tracking, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Assist with organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on performance management and career development.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with leaders and Compensation to support compensation reviews and related documentation.
- Lead and support HR initiatives including talent management and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders.
- Maintain HR systems and employee data, process personnel changes, and provide reporting.
- Coordinate employee wellness initiatives.
- Maintain organizational charts and support workforce planning updates.
- Partner with EHS to promote a safe and compliant work environment.
- Participate in HR forums to share best practices.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years relevant HR experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, HR Professional (PHR) certification, or related work experience.
- On-site presence five days a week in Valencia, CA.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting general and administrative functions in a headquarters environment is desirable.
