Amazon is looking for an experienced HR professional to join the INFC HR team in Maharashtra, India. This role involves working with senior management to improve organizational effectiveness through workforce capability, talent management, and operational support. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and drive results to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Increase workforce capability, improve organizational design and structure.
Provide change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management, and succession planning.
Support day-to-day operations and ongoing process improvement.
Handle employee relations, coach managers, and lead organizational assessment and development.
Provide project management for HR initiatives and company-wide HR projects.
Develop junior members and peers through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

5+ years of human resource generalist experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Knowledge of local labor law
Experience as a human resource generalist
Specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice
Experience with performance appraisal systems and staff development
Experience supporting hourly employee client group
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources Management
Experience assessing management and executive talent
Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans
Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
