- Create and enhance documentation for CMMI processes and client specifications.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- Proficient in global account management processes and Windows PC support.
- Strong understanding of client support methodologies and ticket resolution processes.
- Familiarity with documentation standards, particularly CMMI requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification is optional but valuable.
