Senior Developer required to provide L2/L3 support and perform system configurations for Cerner PowerChart Touch. This role involves managing user accounts, provider configurations, and PDMP work, requiring 2-4+ years of Cerner experience and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support and strong understanding of PowerChart Touch (PCT) access management, including account unlocks.
  • Perform non-prod Cerner user builds with accurate role/profile alignment.
  • Handle printer, facility, clinic, location, and address builds/updates.
  • Complete provider configuration activities, including PCA Billing Provider Add/Modify and Provider Groups Add/Modify.
  • Manage Provider Cerner Account Combine requests.
  • Handle Supervisor Relationships – Add/Remove (HealtheCare).
  • Perform Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) work.
  • Maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, resolve ad-hoc requests, and provide support for enhancements/new developments.
  • Provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution, and day-to-day support activities.
  • Perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years working with Cerner in Core Security.
  • Cerner Millennium Support experience.
  • Familiarity with incident management and change management processes using ServiceNow.
  • Open to work in shifts, including supporting Client Business Hours US - 8 AM - 5 PM PST.
