Seeking a Senior Developer with over 10 years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and GCP services to design, develop, and deploy ML models. The role involves building MLOps pipelines, optimizing models, and working within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and research Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes through prototypes.
Understand Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Natural Language Generation (NLG).
Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy GCP ML models.
Optimize model hyperparameter tuning for speed and cost.
Build MLOps pipelines using frameworks like Kubeflow and MLFlow.
Consult with business teams and drive design/AI innovation workshops.

Requirements

More than 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
Familiarity with deep learning, machine learning, and NLP/NLG frameworks (e.g., Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with HuggingFace Transformers and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, spacy, gensim, CoreNLP).
Experience in GCP services such as Vertex AI and Bigquery.
Ability to write robust code in Python, Java, and R.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Agile Development.
Good experience in process improvement/change management methods.
Understanding of enterprise technology architecture and system development life cycle methodologies.
Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
Skilled at influencing, guiding, and facilitating stakeholders with decision making.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in working with regulatory and/or legal information will be a plus.
Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
