Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end industrial design from concept through production for new and evolving product lines
- Define and support design strategy aligned with global vision, brand identity, and consumer needs
- Develop high-quality design concepts using advanced CAD, visualization, and prototyping tools
- Apply knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes to deliver feasible, cost-effective designs
- Translate market insights, user needs, and trends into compelling product experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, CMF, product management, and marketing
- Partner with global design studios and regional teams to align on design execution, best practices, and identity evolution
- Support product storytelling through presentations and participation in internal and external engagements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement by exploring new tools, technologies, and design methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in industrial/product design with a portfolio demonstrating launched products
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept through production
- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD, visualization tools (e.g., Rhino 3D, KeyShot), and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for production
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, global environments
