Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in Power Distribution & Control Panel Design
Hands-on experience in Electrical Schematics, GA, Cable Harness Design
Hands-on experience in Load Calculations, Load Balancing, Short Circuit Analysis
Hands-on experience in Heat load calculation for cooling selection
System design, integration, installation, and commissioning

Requirements

Strong experience in Electrical Design Engineering
Experience in Semiconductor domain/CNC/SPM/Industrial Automation
Expertise in Control Systems: PLC, CNC, SCADA, HMI, LabVIEW, MATLAB
Expertise in Motion Control: Servo systems, VFD, Stepper motors
Expertise in Temperature Controllers: Watlow, Eurotherm, Micro Fusion
Expertise in Component Selection: Switchgear, sensors, transducers, drives
Mandatory expertise in at least 2 CAD tools: E3.series (preferred), E-Plan, Creo, AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, SolidWorks
Strong knowledge of standards: UL, NFPA79, SEMI S2/S22, UL508A, IEC
Good understanding of EMI/EMC, Grounding, Safety Interlocks, ESD, OSHA
Good understanding of Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems
Good understanding of Class 3 cable routing using UG NX / Creo / SolidWorks
11 to 15 Years of experience
BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering
