Responsibilities

  • Lead design and validation teams in post-silicon testing projects.
  • Develop and implement validation strategies to ensure product reliability and functionality.

  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in post-silicon validation techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in C programming language for post-silicon validation.
  • Strong experience in post-silicon validation methodologies and tools.
  • Advanced skills in Python programming for test automation and validation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Intel/AMD server platforms (Xeon, etc.).
  • Understanding of x86 architecture, PCIe, memory subsystem.
  • Expertise in BIOS/UEFI, BMC, platform initialization.
  • Expertise in Linux kernel internals and driver stack.
  • Experience with AI/ML models for failure pattern detection, log analytics, anomaly detection, and predictive defect identification.
  • Experience building/using AI-assisted triage systems.
  • Hands-on experience with post-silicon validation, bring-up, and debug.
  • Hands-on experience with log analysis (BIOS, OS, firmware).
  • Experience in RAS features (MCE, AER, ECC).
  • Experience in virtualization validation.
  • Experience developing and enhancing AI-augmented automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Python-based validation + ML-assisted test optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and regression systems.
  • Domain knowledge in one or more of: Storage/NVMe/CPU/GPU/NPU, Networking/DPDK, Virtualization, Security & RAS, HPC/AI workload validation.
  • Typically 6-8+ years in platform/silicon validation.
  • Prior exposure to data center/enterprise servers.
  • Prior exposure to cloud platform validation.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in post-silicon validation or Python programming are a plus.
