HCLTech is seeking a Senior Design Lead with 7-10 years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design for an on-site role in Bangalore, India. The position involves leading design teams, delivering high-quality silicon-proven designs, and ensuring user-friendliness and innovation in products.

Responsibilities

Leverage design expertise to ensure user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and alignment with user expectations in software and products.
Lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions aligned with business goals.
Present design concepts and shape the overall design vision and strategy.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
Debug simulation and convergence issues.
Identify root causes of functional and performance failures.
Perform design iterations to meet specification targets.
Support sign-off activities including reliability and electrical checks.

Requirements

7-10 years of relevant industry experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design.
Experience in designing Operational Amplifiers, Comparators, Bandgap References, LDO Regulators, Oscillators and PLL support circuits, Charge Pumps, ADC/DAC sub-blocks.
Support mixed-signal co-simulation with digital RTL environments.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies: 180nm, 130nm, 90nm, 40nm.
Basic programming or scripting skills in one of SKILL / SHELL / PERL / TCL highly preferred.
Proficiency with EDA Tools: Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE / PrimeSim, ADE XL / Explorer / Assembler.
Calibre experience is desired.

Desired Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
