Responsibilities

Create, modify, and analyze the design of equipment, systems, or installations, including specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction.
Optimize designs to meet updated standards and incorporate new products, components, and functionalities.
Apply design thinking or design best practices concepts in projects.
Hardware Design and development of converters for railways applications, like Traction Converter, Auxiliary convertor, and Battery chargers.
Conceptualize new designs and translate concept into formal electronic design drawings.
Review drawing/specifications and communicate requirements to vendors/Customers.
Understand and update all product Schematics and Other design documentation.
Provide input and recommend changes to new and existing product designs.
Perform and analyze results from simulations and Hand calculations.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics engineering
8+ years of related work experience
Good experience in power electronics, traction converter, auxiliary converter, and railway applications.
4-5 years of experience in Power Engineering applied to Railway products.
Proficiency in design software including MATLAB and E3 schematic.
Able to perform and analyze results from simulations and Hand calculations.
