Accenture's CyberCX is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver AI governance, risk, and control design services, focusing on Generative AI and ML adoption. This mid-level, full-time role requires assessing AI systems end-to-end to ensure comprehensive risk and control models. The position is based in multiple Australian locations.

Responsibilities

Deliver Secure AI strategy and risk consulting projects.
Lead complex projects, educating clients on AI use cases and documenting ROI.
Conduct business analysis workshops to identify security risks.
Perform AI and model risk assessments across GenAI and ML workloads.
Map technical controls across AI models, platforms, and deployment pipelines.
Assess and define controls for data ingestion, training, inference, and outputs.
Evaluate security and risk across AI infrastructure, MLOps, and GenAIOps.
Translate AI architectures into actionable risk, control, and assurance artefacts.
Align technical controls to security, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
Support clients in operationalizing AI governance and control models.
Contribute to repeatable Secure AI risk frameworks and documentation.
Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and foster partnerships.

Requirements

5+ years in technology risk, cyber security, or technical consulting.
Experience delivering client-facing consulting or assurance engagements.
Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI architectures.
Experience mapping technical security controls.
Ability to assess and communicate complex risk across models, data, and infrastructure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in visualizing consulting outputs using tools like Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
