Requirements
- Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
- Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
- Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
- Experience with Excel

- Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Well organized and confident to work independently but a strong team player
- Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
- Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks
- Comfortable with large data sets
- Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
- Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel Macros
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred
- Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders
