Responsibilities
- Improve the basket/category mix for the business by understanding current mix and influencing factors.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve penetration of high-priority categories.
- Own a central business-waste/COBW charter to reduce business waste by working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives that improve metrics such as ASP, priority-category customer penetration, unit share, and COBW goals.
- Own the relationship with More Retail Limited (MRL) end-to-end, focusing on capacity, productivity, and joint P&L.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Excel experience
- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
