HCLTech is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide technical support to international customers via a helpdesk. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware/software/network issues, managing user access, and documenting problems using the Call Tracking System. The role requires fluency in English and French, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, and related software.
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customers' end users
- Route problems to internal support groups
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors
- Administer and provide User Access in various systems
- Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests and their respective resolutions and circumventions
Requirements
- Fluent English and French
- Good working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, Antivirus and Firewall software, PC hardware
- Understanding of the IT environment and readiness to learn new processes and technologies
- Understanding and experience of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira etc.
- 1 year of previous IT experience (Customer Service & Technical Support)
Desired Qualifications
- Great customer handling skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to acquire new information quickly and the willingness to do so at all times
- ITIL knowledge and certification would be an asset
