As a Senior Administrator in Support & Operations, you will provide advanced technical support for Mainframe and Message Automation systems, troubleshooting complex incidents and conducting root cause analyses. You will also lead value-adding activities such as knowledge base management, training new team members, and advocating for continuous improvement to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for Mainframe Automation and Message Automation systems, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
Lead value-adding activities such as updating the knowledge base, training new team members, and coaching analysts.
Ensure positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through first call resolution and effective threat addressing.
Analyze incident trends and implement proactive measures to mitigate future technical and security issues.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Mainframe Automation and Message Automation tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
Solid understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance in support operations.

Benefits

ITIL Foundation Certification is optional but valuable.
Relevant certifications in Mainframe or Automation technologies are also optional but beneficial.
