Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support using Kubernetes and Terraform to troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for technical and security issues.
- Manage incidents and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base by documenting solutions and processes, and facilitate training for new team members.
- Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction by achieving First Call Resolution targets and minimizing rejected resolutions.
Requirements
- Proficient in Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Solid understanding of AWS PaaS and CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
- Experience with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
Desired Qualifications
- Optional but valuable certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
