- Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional support teams.
- Enhance customer experience by achieving first call resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and automation.
- Strong expertise in Powershell scripting for task automation and system management.
- Solid understanding of Python and Ansible for process automation and configuration management.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and root cause analysis techniques.
Desired Qualifications
- Jenkins Certified Engineer (Optional but valuable)
- Microsoft Certified: Powershell Fundamentals (Optional but valuable)
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation (Optional but valuable)
