Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and configuration issues in lab equipment and networks.
Implement and enable new subnet access in the lab gateway according to project specifications.
Design and prepare the test bed topology setup based on project requirements.
Address and resolve day-to-day lab-related issues promptly.
Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of lab equipment across all facilities.

Requirements

Strong understanding of product support processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
Familiarity with subnet configuration and network gateway management.
Basic knowledge of test bed topology design and setup principles.
Good organizational skills for inventory management and tracking of lab equipment.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or relevant vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate).
