Responsibilities

Consume vulnerability findings provided by Security team and support remediation execution.
Track remediation progress and ensure closure within defined SLA timelines.
Coordinate with infrastructure/application teams for patching and fixes.
Support patch deployment and compliance tracking across Windows/Linux environments.
Validate remediation closure through evidence and reporting mechanisms.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking sheets for vulnerabilities.
Follow ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management) and governance standards.

Requirements

Understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation practices.
Knowledge of OS patching (Windows/Linux).
Exposure to vulnerability scanning tools (tool agnostic).
Basic scripting (PowerShell / Shell).
Good communication and coordination skills.
