Requirements

CCNA and CCNA Collab (mandatory).
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM, formerly Call Manager)
CUCME - Cisco Unity, CUE Unity Connection
Microsoft Windows Server
Voice Gateways (SIP, MGCP, SCCP, H.323)
SME Analogue voice gateways, ATA, Basic fax troubleshooting.
RTMT usage
QoS
Basic Routing and Switching
ISDN and PRI
