- Identify customer needs through insightful questions and advise on suitable solutions.
- Stay informed about in-store specials, delivery options, and product features.
- Support the team with additional duties as required.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess needs and sell solutions.
- Strong people skills and ability to strike up conversations easily.
- Passion for IKEA products, design, and sustainability commitment.
- Approximately 6 months of work experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
