Mentor and train team members on testing best practices and automation tools
Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Proficient in using cucumber, selenium, and java for test automation
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Ability to develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios
Experience in leading testing activities and managing cross functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Desired Qualifications

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or Advanced Level (CTAL) certification is preferred
