Diese Rolle wird die End-to-End-Strategie und -Ausführung für das One EU Listing-Programm vorantreiben und eine Amazon-erste Erfahrung schaffen, bei der Verkäufer ihren Katalog in einer Sprache bereitstellen und unsere Plattform automatisch lokal passende Angebote für alle berechtigten Marktplätze gleichzeitig erstellt. Dies wird den Aufbau und die Skalierung einer Architektur umfassen, die in Echtzeit die Verarbeitung von grenzüberschreitenden Anfragen ermöglicht, maßgeschneiderte Funktionen wie Multi-Country-Attributmodellierung, Bildgenerierung, Echtzeit-Compliance-Prüfungen und -Auflösung, Sprachübersetzung usw. beinhaltet. All dies wird mit GenAI als Kernpfeiler gebaut, was eine groß angelegte Verarbeitung und Automatisierung der Verkäufereingaben ermöglicht, mit dem Nordsternziel, One-Click-Workflows für EU-weite Angebote zu haben. Der SDM III spielt die Rolle eines Technologieführers und koordiniert mehrere Ingenieurteams, Produktmanager, Compliance- und Seller-Experience-Stakeholder, um reibungslose Cross-Listing-Prozesse zu eliminieren und die massive EU-Auswahlmöglichkeit zu erschließen.

Responsibilities

Lead the One EU Listing initiative, a transformative program redefining product selection entry into the European catalog.
Drive end-to-end strategy and execution for the One EU Listing program.
Build Amazon first experience where sellers provide their catalog in one language and platform automatically fans out locale-appropriate listings across EU10 simultaneously.
Build and scale an architecture capable of providing real-time processing of multi-country listing requests.
Build bespoke capabilities like multi-countries attribute modeling, processing, image generation, real-time compliance checks and resolution, language translation.
Utilize GenAI as the core pillar for large-scale processing and automation of seller's inputs.
Achieve the goal of 1-click EU-wide listings workflows.
Act as a technology leader coordinating across multiple engineering teams, product managers, compliance, and seller experience stakeholders.
Eliminate cross-listing friction and unlock the massive EU selection opportunity.

Requirements

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
