- Manage research areas: Dairy Matrix and Healthy, Sustainable Diets.
- Turn scientific knowledge into relevant business opportunities.
- Strengthen Arla's work on the role of dairy in sustainable, healthy diets and food security.
- Keep up to date with the latest science in research areas.
- Develop, evaluate, and mature new research ideas.
- Prepare clear, high-quality project proposals.
- Manage ongoing research projects.
- Provide scientific and strategic input to new project ideas.
- Identify risks, resource needs, and practical solutions for projects.
- Work across functions to translate scientific insights into business opportunities.
Requirements
- MSc and PhD in nutrition.
- Research experience within Dairy Matrix and/or Sustainable Healthy Diets.
- Communicate fluently in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Commercially experience is a plus.
- Proactive, structured, and confident in sharing ideas and perspectives.
- Holistic thinking and understanding of how science supports innovation and communication.
