We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution Product Specialist with over 10 years of experience in SAP SD OTC, including solution design and implementation, preferably within the publishing industry. The role requires strong integration experience with modules like FI/CO and MM P2P, and involves leading teams and managing stakeholders for global OTC processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP SD OTC configurations and solutions.
Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Lead delivery for multi-phase SAP programs including implementation, rollout, enhancements, and support.
Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between business, developers, integration teams, and offshore support.
Provide project governance, risk identification, mitigation, and progress reporting.
Act as the primary liaison between business process owners and the SAP delivery team.
Design and manage interfaces between SAP SD and other e-commerce platforms systems.
Configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, particularly in areas such as sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery.
Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation/Migration/AMS projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate salesforce into overall IT strategy.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of SAP SD & OTC functional experience.
Minimum 3–4 full-cycle SAP implementations as SD/OTC Lead.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes across multiple industries.
Expertise in S/4HANA features (Fiori apps, Universal Journal impacts, BP, new credit mgmt.).
Hands-on experience with EDI, interfaces, and integration scenarios.
Ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholders, and own delivery outcomes.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Experience in working with global teams and multi-country rollouts.
Strong knowledge and experience in sap s/4hana sales & distribution with OTC module.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing sap s/4hana to align with business requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into sap solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure system accuracy.
Proven track record of successful sap s/4hana OTC sales & distribution implementations or projects.

Desired Qualifications

Focus on publishing industry is preferred.
SAP SD OTC with solution design, implementation.
Strong integration experience with other sap modules like FI/CO, MM P2P etc.
Ability to lead teams, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination across global OTC processes.
Experience in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana.
SAP SD Certification (ECC or S/4HANA) is added advantage.
SAP S/4 Hana certification is preferred.
