As an SAP Network Scheduler, you will plan and maintain project-specific schedules for prime equipment orders, ensuring engineering and production milestones are met. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various departments and maintaining SAP master data.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and customize SAP network schedules for Prime Equipment projects.
  • Identify and resolve cross-department scheduling conflicts.
  • Update and maintain schedule data for project consistency and alignment with milestones.
  • Monitor project milestones, resolve conflicts, and adjust timelines.
  • Participate in and lead project meetings to report progress.
  • Collaborate with project teams, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Maintain scheduling master data, including SAP Project/Network/WBS standards, production times, engineering durations, and supply chain lead times.
  • Support improvements to scheduling procedures and maintain SAP master data.
  • Provide required schedules for monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling or a similar function.
  • Attention to detail and strong multitasking/prioritization abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of MRP/ERP principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Prior project scheduling or production planning roles.
  • SAP project scheduling and/or SAP ERP experience.
