Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Configure Salesforce platform based on best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.

Requirements

Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks (user management, security, data management, workflow automation).
Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows).
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Platform and building responsive UI components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
