Responsibilities
- Repurpose, present, and price returned and ex-display stock.
- Support product quality and safety standards.
- Provide great customer service.
- Work across store functions to support customers.
- Contribute to a more sustainable IKEA.
- Receive and review uplifted customer returns, processing them via repacking, building, or recycling.
- Work closely with different functions to ensure common working routines and processes are followed for product quality, safety, and recovery.
- Action product quality guidelines for recalled, returned, and ex-display stock.
- Manually handle products using safe manual handling practices and appropriate assistive equipment.
Requirements
- Over the age of 18 due to health and safety regulations.
- A positive approach to waste management and sustainability.
- Love multi-tasking and a passion for giving things a new life.
- A customer first mindset, making the customer feel valued and supported.
- Motivation to problem-solve and use own initiative daily.
- Enthusiasm for being part of the team but also capable of working without supervision.
- Ability to prioritise and organise own work efficiently with great attention to detail.
