Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day volumes and meet SLAs.

- Develop and update reporting on key operational performance indicators.

- Ensure seller/vendor operational performance delivery.
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL.
- Monitor project execution and ensure quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Strong ability to solve problems and simplify processes.
- Self-motivation, self-starting, negotiations, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work closely with sellers, Amazon Ops, and Planning/Ops Managers.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in operational and supply chain excellence within the Indian marketplace.
- Familiarity with various Amazon tools and inbound management.
