Responsibilities

Provide an inspirational shopping experience for customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
Support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
Actively offer product knowledge and solutions to boost sales.
Keep the sales area tidy, stocked, and inspiring.

Requirements

Experience in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment would be a great advantage.
Confident using computers and digital tools, with the ability to pick up new IKEA systems and processes with ease.
A customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
Take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with your daily tasks.
Prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.
Daytime availability during the week along with evenings and both weekend days.

Desired Qualifications

Enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.

Competitive hourly rate of €15.70 per hour.
16, 18 and 24hr contracts working 4/5 days over 7 (dependent on contract size) with every 4th weekend off.
