Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards.
  • Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes of issues to influence stakeholders and measure success.
  • Incorporate business intelligence best practices, data management fundamentals, and analysis principles.
  • Recommend and make improvements to team processes, metrics, internal tools, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Build automations to reduce dependencies on manual tasks.
  • Query, process, persist, analyze, and present data.
  • Maintain and refine ETLs.
  • Write secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code with minimal defects.
  • Create/Maintain/Review external stakeholders facing dashboards.
  • Add additional data points as requested by leadership/stakeholders.
  • Deep dive and identify data tables and setup data processes for new programs.
  • Own metrics generation for WBR/MBR/QBR.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests for data dives for new programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics and/or operations experience.
  • Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using sales tools including Salesforce.
  • Experience using BI tools including QuickSight and PowerBI.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional working experience in occupations such as Systems Analyst, Business Operations Engineer, Business Operations Program Manager, or similar experience.
