Responsibilities

  • Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and advise on solutions.
  • Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, adhering to merchandising standards.
  • Convey passion for IKEA products, learning and sharing features and benefits.
  • Build furniture as needed for store implementations.
  • Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Flow product to final selling locations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide efficient Full Serve Hand Out and returns/exchange experiences.
  • Contribute to a successful shopping experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
  • Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.

  • Background check and drug test may be required.
