Responsibilities
- Actively approach customers needing help, identify their needs, and advise on solutions.
- Keep areas clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, ensuring IKEA merchandising standards.
- Convey passion for IKEA products, sharing knowledge with customers.
- Build furniture as needed for various merchandising and remodel projects.
- Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items, following food safety guidelines.
- Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Flow product to final selling location.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
- Provide a smooth returns and exchange experience.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
- Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
