  • Prioritize visitor experience by minimizing disruption, maintaining safety, and ensuring strong visual impact.
  • Follow established routines and responsibilities, collaborate across functions, act swiftly to seize commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-consciousness in range presentations by applying US-adapted guidelines, global tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and embraces diversity.

Requirements

  • 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with visual merchandising or interior design in a retail environment.
  • Visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • A passion for home furnishing, retailing, design and how people live at home.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Interior Design or design-based field preferred.
