In short
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
- Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
- Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe items.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate matters to a manager when needed.
- Support other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
- Ensure accurate order handoff when supporting Click & Collect.
- Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture embraces diversity.
Requirements
- Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor 50% of the time.
- Open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required.

- Ability to maintain a clean loading zone.
- Ability to support in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
- Understanding of the importance of a positive and joyful customer experience.
