- Follow IKEA China and global guidelines using simple, economical, and efficient methods for product display.
- Stay updated on retail and home décor trends to dynamically adjust product displays, inspiring and surprising customers.
Requirements
- Passion for the home retail industry and understanding of retail display methods.
- Art design major, proficient in design software such as CAD, SU, and Revit.
- Possess comprehensive skills in commercial design, aesthetics, and spatial planning; strong hands-on ability; project practical experience is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
