Responsibilities
- Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Handle Manufacturing escalations, Customer escalations, Quality/RMA escalations, and life cycle management projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action-item tracking.
- Manage project scope, cost, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate project planning, decision-making, and problem-solving across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Services, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately.
- Build strong partnerships across functions for successful project execution.
- Provide clear and timely project communications.
- Evaluate trade-offs and make recommendations to support business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable product development processes, tools, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- Must have an MFG background.
- Experience leading medium-to-large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle.
