They are seeking a Radio System Engineer to design and document radio product requirements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Participate in and lead radio system design work.
- Turn high-level market and product needs into concrete requirements for next-generation radio products.
- Define and document product/spec requirements.
- Drive continuous product and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and provide customer support.
- Coordinate with Product Management, program teams, and other design sites.
Requirements
- Background in wireless communications, radio systems, firmware, hardware, software, or systems engineering.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or related field (BSc/MSc or equivalent).
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to team and product success.
- Radio systems knowledge: LTE/5G NR, OFDM, MIMO, beamforming.
- Radio Requirement allocation between different parts of the radio.
- Functional Systemization for HW and SW parts.
- RF/hardware design and measurement, antenna systems, lab instrumentation.
- Embedded/firmware development (C/C++), Linux, BSPs.
- Signal processing and algorithm development (MATLAB, Python).
- Network protocols, system integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with product release, lifecycle management and working with carriers.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work in English.
