Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within nuclear projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operational teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements and industry regulations.
  • Perform qualification tasks, internal audits, and monitor process adherence to identify risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze quality data and project performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Support customer quality reviews, inspections, and qualification activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver quality-related training sessions, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive preventive and corrective action plans and ensure effective follow-up within multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in Nuclear Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Familiarity with working in highly regulated environments, ideally within the nuclear, energy, industrial automation, or process industries.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured manner.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English communication.
  • Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
