Responsibilities
- Ensure material quality by managing incoming inspections and providing expert guidance to local and global manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with design engineers and suppliers to ensure technical specifications are clearly communicated and consistently met.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, material verification methods, and quality control procedures.
- Drive process improvements by supporting enhancements to the material review and production part approval processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, commodity teams, operations, and engineering teams to foster alignment and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s in Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
