Responsibilities
- Handle the warehouse side of customer claims, including investigation, root cause analysis, and identifying actions.
- Collaborate with leadership and warehouse engineers to implement quality improvements for inbound and outbound flows.
- Support the RMA team with quality-related questions.
- Work with the SQA engineer to enhance supplier quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse quality flows.
- Participate in Monthly Process Quality meetings.
Requirements
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of preferred work experience in warehouse or supply chain.
- WMS exposure and knowledge (implementation, administration, power user).
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to analyze data to form valuable insights.
- Fluent in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in ISO standards 9001 and 14001 (Preferred).
