Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain automation scripts, fixing stability issues.
- Write high-quality, maintainable test cases.
- Reproduce product defects and script failures to assist developers or other testers.
- Accurately identify, track, and report defects.
- Create automation scripts for low complexity test cases based on feasibility analysis.
- Acquire knowledge of features and functional requirements to execute assigned tests.
- Identify gaps in test plans/coverage.
- Perform Black Box testing.
- Understand and apply QA procedures, guidelines, and policies for newly launched features.
- Use software tools for QA and data capture daily.
- Be proactive in identifying issues, deep diving, troubleshooting, communicating with stakeholders, escalating issues, and providing status reports.
- Be part of a highly charged work environment.
Requirements
- 6+ months of non-internship professional software development testing experience.
- Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in API testing.
- Experience in Mobile testing.
