- プロジェクトチームをリードし、実行方針の策定とプロジェクト全体管理
- 進捗管理、リソース最適化、予算・収益管理
- リスクの特定・評価・管理、およびビジネス機会の追求
- 顧客による正式受領、契約クローズアウトまでの推進
- 関連するすべての活動が手順、規制、標準、仕様、および目標に従って実行されていることを確認する
- プロジェクトチームメンバーをリードし、プロジェクト要件を達成し、契約で定められた成果物を提供し、コミットされたプロジェクト結果を満たす
- プロジェクトの計画、監視、および制御活動を内部および外部リソースに対して監督する
Requirements
- 大学卒以上（電気工学または機械工学系が望ましい）
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（必須）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（尚可）
- プロジェクトマネージャー、プロジェクトエンジニアリング、またはセールスとして5年以上の経験
- 出張対応が可能なこと(国内：月に数回発生、海外：年に数回の可能性があり)
- 多国籍企業環境での英語による業務経験
- 海外拠点・工場との協業経験
- レビューや承認プロセスの経験
- MV/LV Switchgear（高圧・低圧配電盤）の知識
- Transformer（変圧器）の経験
- eHouseの経験
Desired Qualifications
- フィールドサービス経験（必須ではないが望ましい）
