Tetra Pak is seeking a Purchasing Expert for their Finance Hub in Panama City, Panama. This role involves direct contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in the Purchase to Payment process, including invoice release, vendor management, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in Supplier Management, and proficiency in SAP and ARIBA.

Responsibilities

  • Release invoices in line with Purchase to Pay (PtP) Process and approvals.
  • Follow and apply Purchasing controls.
  • Follow up on Vendor Invoicing Management (VIM) and Good Receipt Invoice Receipt (GRIR) reports with the users, ensuring clearing when necessary.
  • Manage Purchase to payment process activities.
  • Ensure process compliance and stay updated on process development.
  • Communicate updates and new developments to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide best service quality to our stakeholders.
  • Act as first line support for escalation of PtP issues of indirect purchases.
  • Conduct Purchase to pay stakeholders training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within Tetra Pak Supplier Management is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • SAP and ARIBA knowledge is mandatory.
  • Proactive, adaptable, customer focus, team player, organized.
